HRCF (HRHCF) series magnetic separation device is composed of reducer, box, magnetic roller, rubber roller, scraper and other parts. The reducer drives the magnetic roller to make a circular motion. The finely machined stainless steel magnetic roller has a large adsorption area. After the cooling liquid containing powdery magnetic impurities enters the box, the impurities are adsorbed to the outer wall of the magnetic roller. The magnetic chips in the separation liquid are adsorbed to the magnetic roller to the greatest extent, and then pressed by the rubber roller to squeeze out the liquid entrained by impurities to achieve a good separation effect. The impurities are separated from the magnetic roller by the scraper and fall into the dirt collecting box.

HRCF series magnetic separation device adopts strip permanent magnet material.

HRHCF series annular magnetic separation device adopts annular permanent magnet material, which can fully adsorb the magnetic chips to the magnetic roller to achieve a good separation effect. It has a stronger ability to adsorb magnetic powder impurities.
